             "I had another epiphany like 15 min ago. Had to hold L3D because my body energy along with spirit led me there. The fear of no money. And being in the same cycle. Another family issue I've had since childhood. I have an idea of where it comes from as well, since my ancestors experienced major financial and land loss in the late 1800s, or early 1900s, I think it was. Is this normal?"  MWSTM 

NOTE: White belt basics is seeing as you, "the consciousness."  How do you view your life through which lens?  

 A. Ego mindset - false self.

B. Spiritual mindset - true self. 

 C. Integrated Spiritual mindset.

 D. Ultra Spiritualist.  

Aim for the Integrated self getting the wisdom of the two halves agreeing and rising to the consciousness self-realization to self actualize. You are becoming your authentic self. You will need to break down the thinking until you get to the wisdom stage that causes integration and stops the karmic hell loops and the karmic imbalances. 

Epiphanies are very important in the color belt stages. 

White Belt awareness: As you become aware of your body and its needs. You will have subtle clues of, “Yep, I am off.” Notice your growth just for a second here. Becoming mindful and firing and wiring a healthy track for your body and brain can become. You are learning to self-soothe and lead to self-regulation in a healthy aligned way. 

Growth: In the ego mindset, you would have….  Basics notice the energy and the directions it is doing. From nesting, invading, lofty, smothering, and etc.  What kind of dance? Disharmony…

  1. Not noticed when your energies are off. I would hear the body complain and run with scissors that something bad is going to happen. The body will feel your past remembered behavior of anxiety and begin to activate it and repeat that moment at the same time you are doing the now issue.  You scramble to get out of fear. Worst-case scenarios thinking to barter with God omen thinking. Feeling powerless and nowhere to turn to let life make sense again. Notice there is no self-soothing or self-regulation growth in that moment. Tools are a must to help you level up.
  2. You got so used to the idea of this energy being off you no longer notice it. That is called time healing. It is also how you have been exposed to this over and over again. (overtime hopelessness) that you have done the three main things that keep it alive. You invested your willpower into 1. Accepted, 2. Believed 3. You literally, “Gave” your power away. See the action already done. 
  3. The reasonings and excuses foundation begin to build. You accepted and moved on that it is a big part of life and there is nothing you can do about it and stand there and take it. This healing is called exposure therapy. That therapy exposes you to the fears until you are so used to it that it is just boring, second nature, autopilot. You learn to integrate the anxiety that goes with it and you don’t care anymore. Further disconnecting you to resolve your issues.
  4. Emotions that are positive would have maintained, sustained, and empowered you. For happy healthy emotions give life.
  5. Emotions are energy in motion. It also weaves you in and out of life’s existence. The higher the hertz the more your frequency vibrates with light.
  6. In negative emotions, the hertz drops and causes your light to dim. It causes your aura to suck negative energy from others. Not intentionally. The negative emotions magnetically attract that into your life. 
  7. You have to imagine that two forces are always pushing and pulling or following and attracting. They are glued together at all times. For example, if your leg was tied to your friends. And you had to live like that. Or conjoined twins.  

White/Yellow belt awareness: You grab a healing tool even if you don’t know which one and begin to use your intuition. You will be unlearning from ego and learning steps to understand the difference to begin to trust your real intuition. 

Growth: the ego mindset you would have

  1. Not remembering there was a healing tool - white belt
  2. You would have used your ego to convince yourself you don't need one (sour graping technique) because you don’t have enough knowledge, arrested development beliefs, and don’t know where to get the knowledge for yourself. You learned how to get it from others. You just haven’t learned where they get it and even if it is possible you can get it for yourself. You can’t fathom that you are allowed or even if you can. These steps we didn’t develop. Skill building.
  3. I grab a tool and maybe just one and not knowing how it really works don’t have the value of it to continue to use it. Ego will sour grape and come up with excuses and reasonings and make you not good enough.
  4. This doesn’t work. It is the shower syndrome.  I took a shower when I was four and it should still be working and sticking. 
  5. You feel that the growth is too lofty of energy (what does your auto-response do with it?) It is a learned stage from your youth that said, “I can’t do it.” A learned behavior of helplessness. Notice how you believed it.  Hold L1D for it sits in your heart and morphogenetic habit field. 

Yellow and Orange
belt awareness
- you are getting it.  You are no longer unconscious/incompetent. You are more conscious/incompetent. 

Growth: You don’t know how but you know.   

As you grow in the levels of awareness. You begin to pinpoint the subject matter. You begin to see how it is familiar, where you saw this before. (Not blaming) you can track it. You haven’t developed your truth testing with your Authentic self yet. And you will begin to follow an idea, imagination, a familiar route of thought in ego mindset. You will use fear flow stream, more than your intrinsic intuition. (I want you to see it is a stream of consciousness flowing and which one it is.) 

Growth: Ego mindset you would maybe?  “The fear of no money. And being in the same cycle. Another family issue I've had since childhood.”


  1. Be angry, hold grudges, and how did or will you with your Willpower respond?  When you realize that the issues you are having are in the family.  (ancestral curses). Ego (notice where you are living and viewing - inside your head looking out) learning about energy direction is important.
  2. Ego mindset looking to point fingers. Spiritual awareness is tracking back and not blaming. (you are becoming a spiritual investigator)
  3. Ego mindset people have No responsibility for how you are holding the pattern of thinking and feeling. Not wanting to clean it up because you didn’t start it or do it. If and when you do, you begin to fill the intolerance tube to ask the universe to separate you from your love (family, friends, people.) Ego mindset then you will hold resentment and grudges and the flippant thinking and speaking would be expressive with disgust.  Which lowers your life force healing abilities and you reinvest into the hells. Creating the hell loop to revolve again.

You are connecting the dots. Notice the feeling of how aligned that feels. As you begin to integrate yourself, you will be learning to fire and wire anew. The spontaneous thoughts of, “Oh wow, look I see the pattern.” It is exciting. Congrats. Now, look how it popped into the brain. Use this as a helpful feel(s) (spiritual nervous system) to skill build your intuition. As you become aware of yourself, you will become aware of your family blueprint of life (conditioning.) You also came in with epigenetics markers from your family. Their issues are your issues. You raised your hand as a soul to learn your unresolved issues and you are carrying them over like math into this life. You are adding on to the things you already know and the things you didn’t (not can’t) resolve.

Awaking Inquiries:


  • Who is in charge of the thinking? Whose thinking? Begin to notice your thinking.
  • Who is in charge of ordering more hell?  As you think you put out an order to the universe even unintentionally. Your thoughts are electric. So you will have a tracking number given to you. You will be asked if you want it every day. Because your identity is it, then you will inadvertently say yes. Because the emotions are magnetic it will draw it to you whether you like it or not.  

Basic white belt awareness: Flippant thinking and feeling awareness.  You are in training. 

  • Did you even know that negative emotions, beliefs, strategies attract more of the same?
  • Did you know those negative emotions are meant to hurt?
  • Can you see that your thoughts, when negatively stated in mind and worded, are like weapons? Sharp tools.
  • Did you know that the vibration causes your cells to distort and that hurts you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually?
  • Who is in charge of the thinking? Who is in charge of your thinking? Notice you have an ego mindset. Notice if the false self is thinking. Whose voice is it? Fears voice? Your parents, teachers, friends, community, church, etc. Whose thinking? Begin to notice you are thinking. Begin to notice what you are allowing in your brain. Where did you get that thought of, “Thinking that things can’t get much better!”
  • Who is in charge of ordering more hell? Did the ego's false self order it? No matter who is thinking or allowing that thinking, the signal is coming from inside your avatar. As you think, you are putting out an order to the universe even unintentionally. Your thoughts are electric. So you will have a tracking number given to you. Because the emotions are magnetic it will draw it to you whether you like it or not.

    Did you know those negative emotions are meant to hurt? No, I had no idea that negative emotions had a negative effect on me or my body
    Can you see that your thoughts, when negatively stated in mind and worded, are like weapons? Sharp tools. I didn’t in the beginning. I do now, as I have been on the receiving end of words used as weapons and it hurts like a mofo
    Did you know that the vibration causes your cells to distort and that hurts you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually? No, I didn't know this when I started my journey. In finding this out I have been able to get my health issues under control.
